Beatriz Cavalcante

Passionate researcher and one of the pioneers in Brazil in the Shopper area!

Beatriz has more than 20 years of experience in Category Management and Shopper Understanding, working as an executive in the industry (Cadbury Adams and Unilever) and also as a consultant. She has a master's degree in Marketing from FEA/USP-SP. She also has studied at PUC/SP, University of Utah, Universidad de Salamanca and FGV/SP in addition to teaching postgraduate programs (ESPM, and FIA/USP). Bia is the author of several articles, leads projects and facilitates training for large companies in several countries.

Cesar Chamie

Dedicated to making great ideas possible, always seeking excellence in execution.

Graduated in Economic Sciences, he has over 25 years of experience in promotional marketing, activations and events, leading logistics, production and implementation processes. After working for agencies such as Bullet, Mccann World Group and ABC Group, Cesar became a partner at Shoppermkt in order to develop an “end to end” solution.

Nestlé Puzzle

Using a methodology created by Shoppermkt Group we established guidelines for POS materials considering the strategical brand choices, channels characteristics and shopper behaviors. It also standardized content, art and formats of POS materials through a strategic understanding of the various touchpoints presented in shopper journey.

SANOFI SALES MEETING – FARMA TRADE

Client since 2014 with Catman projects, execution books, workshops, team events, POP material and much more. Almost 10 sales conventions using active and new methodologies for a fun and efficient team learning experience.

Kellogg’s México End to end Project: from research to shopper marketing strategy

The project aimed the development a new shopper Marketing culture at Kellogg´s Latam and started with a shopper journey research for Cereals category in different retail environments. After that we had many projects such as: shopper marketing plan, strategic guidelines, trainings, etc. We also had a Joint Value Creation Workshop with retailer (Soriana) to co-create action plans for the category development.
